If you cancel your order before the first day of the month, then you will NOT receive a box. This applies to all of our plans.
We take the time to process and charge all orders on the first day of every month. If you cancel beforehand, then we cannot process your order and you will not receive a box. For example, if you signed up on 10/15 and canceled on 10/20, you will not receive a box.
