Keep calm, don't panic!
Your account is showing as past due because for one reason or another we weren't able to charge the card on file. Why? It could be for many different reasons. Check out the most common reasons below:
Credit Card info is invalid: the card number could be wrong, expired, or maybe you cancelled it and forgot to update it on our section
Billing address entered is incorrect: any nuances such as your zipcode or missing an apartment number prevents us from verifying your card. So double check!!
Insufficient funds: not enough money on the card, so definitely double check.
Here’s what to do if your account is saying Past Due--
We definitely don't want you to miss out on your tasty treats: that’s why you will have TWO more chances to update your billing information before we charge your credit/debit card automatically on the 5th and the 15th of every month.
As long as you’ve updated the credit card details on time, you will still receive a box for that month.
We will send you an email If payment does not go through by the 15th, we will cancel your subscription. To resubscribe, you will need to place a completely new order to continue receiving boxes.
Go ahead and update your credit card info or cancel your plan to avoid being charged.
