Can you change the date I get charged for my box?

As of right now we don't have a way to change the billing date for your order. We bill all customers on the first day of every month.

Why so early!? It's so we will know the amount of boxes that need to be packed and ship out every month.

However,  if our charging schedule doesn't quite work with yours, we are flexible since we do charge again on the 5th and then the 15th of every month--just to make sure everyone has a chance to get their account's in order.
