If this happens, rest assured that we here at Love with Food will make sure to send you a replacement of the missing box or give you a credit back to your account that is equivalent to the missing or damaged product.
Be sure to send all your replacement requests, to our Customer Support team, within 45 days from the date that your LWF box arrives. This can be done via phone or email, and we will take care of you from there. We may ask you for a photo of the damaged item, just for our own learning processes but it is not mandatory.
Note: All replacement boxes will be sent to the ship-to address in your account within 7-10 business days.
Please confirm and update your shipping address beforehand if necessary.
