My box says it's been delivered but I haven't received it.

If the tracking number for your box is showing as delivered and you've searched high and low, called your local USPS office and even asked your neighbor, then we will go ahead and send you a replacement of the missing box or give you a credit back to your account.

Just give us a call or email at support@lovewithfood.com and we will take care of you from there. Please include your order number or the USPS tracking number in the email so that we will be able to answer your question sooner. 

Note: Be sure to send all your replacement requests within 45 days from the date that your LWF box is shown as delivered. Please confirm and update your shipping address if necessary.
