Here's a few reasons why the points might not have automatically been deposited to your LWF account:
- They forgot to click on the link in the referral email: the link in the email ties their sign up with YOUR account. So if they don't click on it, we don't know who to give the points to!
- Their order hasn't been processed yet: the points won't be deposited to your account until they have been charged for their order. This happens on the first day of every month. Just a heads up, it may take up to a few business days for the order to fully process.
