Why didn't I get the points from referring my friend?

Did you spread the word about Love with Food to all your friends? Aaaww thank you! Now you should get paid for it!

Here's a few reasons why the points might not have automatically been deposited to your LWF account:
  1. They forgot to click on the link in the referral email: the link in the email ties their sign up with YOUR account. So if they don't click on it, we don't know who to give the points to! 

  2. Their order hasn't been processed yet: the points won't be deposited to your account until they have been charged for their order. This happens on the first day of every month. Just a heads up, it may take up to a few business days for the order to fully process.
