If you’ve waited longer than 10 business days and you still haven’t received your box, there may be a chance that your subscription was canceled because your account was Past Due.
This could be for a set of different reasons--anywhere from the billing address being incorrect to the card having expired. (Learn more about our Past Due accounts policy)
So that you don’t miss out on your monthly tasty treats, you will need to update the credit card details and place a new order for the following month.
