Will I get a prorated refund if I switch from a different plan?

Hmm...so the answer depends...see which one applies to you below:

If you are switching from a Monthly Plan (Tasting or Deluxe)-- No 

Since you have a monthly plan, there will not be a balance left to be paid on your account, so there will be no refund to issue on your account. You're free to change the size and type of the box that you want, whenever you want. 

If you are switching from a 6 Month or Annual Plan (Tasting or Deluxe) -- Yes

Once you switch over to the Gluten-free box, we will automatically calculate how much of a balance you have left on your account and we will issue that refund back to your credit/debit card automatically. You will receive an email confirming the refund, and should see the credit back to your account within 3-5 business days.
